Photoshop is the industry leading graphics package, made by Adobe. It is invaluable for print and web work and has excellent pixel-editing and image adjustment tools, effects filters, text editing and layer options. Photoshop has an amazing array of features but it is not difficult to learn the basics and begin to produce professional looking artwork.
